Explanation: one time = a service that can be used only once,
permanent = a service that's usable permanently after buying. If
the service has an expiration time, the time is counted from the moment
of buying.
* Team services cost one credit for one player, but the services aren't available
for the team until the total amout of paid credits makes the total price.
